This project was a whole of building refurbishment of a 17 floor office building in Brisbane's CBD. A simple directional planning solution based around connecting key spaces to light filled vistas created a dynamic floor plate arrangement. A light spacious open community hub splits the 1500sqm floor plate into two halves. The work zones are complemented by a number of collaborative and solo work settings. The project was achieved in a compressed timeframe and on a tight budget.
