Teneriffe House
A typical workers cottage was lifted and a light filled extension was added to accommodate a young family. A dropped bulkhead with a linear slot skylight marks the junction between old and new.
A central kitchen flanked on one side by dining and the other by living room and deck forms a single space which establishes a connection from the front to the back of the property.
Grey Ironbark floors, Emprador Marble and crisp contemporary whites make a neutral backdrop to the space.
